What is the system integrity check?

The system integrity check is the parameter responsible for checking the state of all detectors and devices before they are armed.

This function is mandatory for professional security systems. It prevents activation of the arming mode if the window is not closed in the room, if the detector body is opened, or if communication with one of the devices is lost.

The limitations can be managed in the hub settings, in the "Service" menu. The disabling options are possible if the arming is activated in two steps after warning about failures. Or complete disabling of arming even in case of one minor failure. All hub users will receive notifications of successful and failed attempts with a failure list.

All SpaceControl keyfobs with firmware version up to 3.18 arm the system even if the failure warnings are enabled.

Failure list:

  • Hub:
    • Communication with at least one device is lost
    • No external power supply
    • The battery charge is lower than 17%
    • The tamper is open (the lid is removed)
    • No active communication channels
  • DoorProtect, DoorProtect Plus, GlassProtect:
    • The battery charge is lower than 20%
    • The tamper, primary or external detector has been opened
  • MotionProtect, MotionProtect Plus, CombiProtect, KeyPad, Home Siren, Street Siren:
    • The battery charge is lower than 20%
    • The tamper is open
  • SpaceControl:
    • The battery charge is equal to 20% or lower
  • Transmitter:
    • The battery charge is lower than 20%
    • The tamper or external terminal is open
