KeyPad TouchScreen

Wireless keypad with a touch screen that supports authentication with smartphones, Pass, Tag, and codes

FAQ

Yes, keypads with a touch screen, like other Jeweller or Fibra devices, still operate in case of a power outage or when connection to the Internet or Ajax Cloud is down.

In case of a power outage, the wireless keypad is powered by its batteries, while the wired keypad is powered by the hub battery via the Fibra line. Also, the wired keypad has backup batteries that can power it in addition to the Fibra line.

Keypads with a touch screen do not connect to the Internet directly, so the absence of an Internet connection does not affect the keypad’s operation. When the hub loses Internet connectivity, the system remains fully operational locally.
