What is the tariff for hub’s SIM card

The hub comes with a SIM card with a tariff plan, allowing you to fully control all the events in your home or office using the Ajax system.

SIM card activation 

To activate the SIM card, insert it into the phone and call 111. After that, insert the SIM card into the hub and turn it on.

For the first month, you don’t need to refill your account. After activation, the customer can use the SIM card for a month for free. After activation, refill your account according to lifecell tariffs.

Pay the package fee once every month to keep the number active. We recommend refilling your account before the due date to ensure data transfer and messaging.

If you deposit more than the monthly fee, the rest will be transferred to the next month, as long as you haven’t used it on additional services above the package.

You can check the account balance through the Ajax apps in the Ajax hub settings.
