MotionCam motion detector is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor installation can lead to false alarms and in the worst case — to failure of the device. Furthermore, keep in mind that the detector operation time from bundled batteries may be significantly reduced at low temperatures.
MotionCam Outdoor and MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) models can be used for outdoor installations.
