How to configure telephony settings on an Ajax hub

Updated

Telephony settings allow you to configure an Ajax hub to communicate with a central monitoring station (CMS) via SIP protocol.

The settings are available in Ajax PRO apps only if at least one SpeakerPhone Jeweller is added to the system. Only one security company can be connected to the hub to make calls via SpeakerPhone Jeweller.

To configure telephony settings, in Ajax PRO apps:

  1. Select the required space.
  2. Go to the Devices tab.
  3. Select a hub to which the voice module is added from the list.
  4. Go to Settings by tapping on the gear icon .
  5. Select the Telephony settings menu.
  6. Set the required parameters.
  7. Tap on Back to save the new settings.
