With Ajax mobile apps, you can manage your Ajax system from anywhere at any time. The apps provide a wide range of options and settings for installation and monitoring companies to configure, maintain, and monitor Ajax systems.
- Ajax Security System is an app for iOS and Android that allows end users to control an Ajax system.
- Ajax PRO: Tool for Engineers is an app also available for iOS and Android that allows professional installers and technicians to manage Ajax systems.
- PRO Desktop is an app designed for Windows and macOS that offers comprehensive tools to administer and monitor Ajax systems.
Ajax apps are regularly updated to provide new features for PROs and end users. This article contains information about all updates, including descriptions of the features added to the system.

Ajax Security System v3.8
- Installers can now request temporary camera video access for up to 8 hours.
The system admin has the option to remove this temporary access before the specified time limit expires. To remove access, navigate to Space settings
→ Installers/Companies → select installer or company account → Remove temporary video access. - Microphone gain adjustment for Ajax cameras.
To change the setting, select a camera: Settings
→ Audio → Microphone gain. - Notifications from camera detectors when movement is detected.
To enable notifications, select a camera: Settings
→ Notifications from camera detectors. This feature is available if the Video alerts option is enabled in the space settings.
- Preventive maintenance scenario (automatic closing and opening) for Ajax WaterStop Jeweller (available with OS Malevich 2.24).
To set up a scenario, select the device: Settings
→ Preventive maintenance.
