Ajax Services is an umbrella term for the broad set of tools and capabilities designed to empower our partners. Built on Ajax’s advanced digital infrastructure and cloud-based approach, these services enhance product experience, expand software functionality, improve signaling, and streamline security management.
How to set up connection with a Dealer
Before Ajax Services can be activated, the Reseller company must first approve the Dealer’s connection request:
- Log in to your company account.
- Go to Your dealers tab in the Services module.
- Navigate to the Requests tab and select the necessary request.
- Click the Approve button.
- Assign a number to the Dealer if necessary. Confirm by clicking Approve again.
The Dealer will see an active connection in their app.
Once the request is approved, the Dealer company can start activating Ajax Services.
Functionality of the Services module for a Reseller
The Services module is available to the Ajax services manager and the owner of the Reseller company. It includes the following tabs:
- Dashboard
- Your dealers
- Payment history
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an overview of the Reseller’s company account. It displays the current balance, the monthly fee payable to Ajax, the number of Dealers who have activated Ajax Services, and the number of accounts with active Services. Below, the Reseller can also see a breakdown of each Dealer’s activity, including how many accounts have Services enabled and the total monthly fee for each account.
The Reseller can select a Dealer company from the list and click to view detailed data specific to that Dealer. The interface displays the total monthly amount, the number of paid accounts, and the number of accounts currently on a free trial. Below, a breakdown shows the number of active accounts and the corresponding monthly fee for each service package used by the Dealer.
The Reseller can view the Dealer’s contact information by clicking the Info button.
If no Dealer has activated Ajax Services through this Reseller, an empty state screen with is shown in the Dashboard. It informs the Reseller that detailed information will be available once at least one Dealer applies.
Your dealers
In the Your dealers tab, the Reseller sees a list of Dealers with active connections in the Active section. For each Dealer, contact details and their Dealer number is displayed.
The Requests section displays pending connection requests from Dealers with their contact details. The Reseller can either Approve or Reject a request.
The Services suspended section shows Dealers whose service connections have been suspended by the Reseller. These Dealers cannot activate new Services from this Reseller.
The Reseller can resume the Services for a Dealer anytime by clicking Resume. Such connection will reappear in the Active section.
Payment history
The Payment history tab shows the Reseller company’s current account balance, the total monthly fee, the number of Dealers who have activated Ajax Services, and the number of accounts with active Services.
Below, each transaction is listed with its date, time, type (account replenishment or monthly fee), and amount (credit transactions appear in green, and debits in red).
