In order to change the password in the Ajax app:
- Click Log in and then Forgot password.
- Specify email or select the country and enter the phone number associated with the account that you are trying to restore access to. Click Next.
- Enter the codes received by SMS and email. In order to restore access to your account, you must enter both codes.
- Enter the new password in the appropriate fields and click Send.
- Sign in using your new password.
